The Challenge: wE STAND AT A CRITICAL MOMENT

Our current model is unsustainable.  We need our own space!

Our passion led us to build a backyard theater, which inspired our community but proved seasonally impractical.  Extreme weather limits its use to just six weeks annually, forcing us to rent churches and school spaces.  These temporary venues challenge our core mission of creating welcoming, interactive performance environments, and come with significant financial constraints.

Each show costs approximately $2,500 to produce:
 - $1,000 for equipment and venue rentals
 - $1,000 for musicians and technical crew
 - $500 in concessions and decor

Our top-selling shows barely cover these expenses, leaving nothing for staff salaries or organizational growth.  This unsustainable financial model threatens our vital work.

Our Vision: A Permanent creative home

A place of our own will allow us to 5x our income and impact through

 - Regular performance schedule
 - Daily classes and workshops
 - Space rental to other Arts groups and private parties
 - Reduce current cost of venue rentals
 - Create a destination for cultural experiences in the Tri-Cities area
 - Attract regional artists and performers
 - Generate consistent income through diverse space utilization
 - Build a foundational asset for long-term organizational growth

Our Goal:  To Raise $25,000

With your help, we can transform our future.

an intimate, versatile performance venue that breathes life into the Tri-Cities art scene.  It seats 75-100 people in a flexible arrangement.
By day, it's a dynamic, creative hub with a cozy cafe offering artisan coffee and local wines; by night, it becomes a stage for dinner theater, concerts, and intimate performances.

THIS ISN'T JUST A VENUE - it's a living, breathing, cultural crossroads where artists and audiences of all ages and backgrounds can learn, create, celebrate, and be inspired together.
